Coming Home

Coming back to HongKong for a trip and visit the Novell HongKong Office. Right of the back, I get to support lots of customers case. Lucky me those question is really difficult to solve. Except the fact that I'm still not very used to the Novell Linux solutions and all the cool stuff they get.
I crazy question is Samba winbind.. for some reason it can show and get the AD to list all the users and sometime it doesn't. I'm not sure it is because of timing out or just network problem or even a bug. I need to take a look at it before I can move on. They need a linux support engineer in Hong Kong.
